3 X mid-range SUV<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most common car models that you see on city streets today is not a family station wagon. It is now an SUV, Sport Utility Vehicle, in the mid-range segment. The reason why this type of car has become so popular depends a lot on the driving position, the four-wheel drive and the ground clearance. This leads to a relaxed and safe driving feeling. We have chosen three different models that all have their advantages but at the same time differ from each other. In terms of price, this is a relatively expensive type of car that rarely goes below seven and a half base amounts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BMW X3 \u2013 A faithful German<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over ten years behind it, this is almost a veteran in the context, as mid-range SUVs have not been around that long compared to other car models. The X3 is in its second generation and has now received a well-deserved upgrade with a new front. The new thing in the grill is that the lights now go together with the kidneys in the front. In addition, two new diesel engines from 150 horses up to 190 are introduced. Both with more power and lower consumption than previous engines. There is no doubt that this is a car built with premium German flair. Immediately when you sit behind the wheel, all buttons and controls breathe quality. You quickly find a very good driving position in the comfortable seats. In the new X3, you can now get BMW's Driver Assistant safety system. A system that keeps track of cars, lanes and pedestrians ahead. This is a car you never tire of, every mile is consumed as quickly as a child munches on small sweets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lexus NX \u2013 A Japanese bear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a very special look entirely in the Japanese spirit, the Lexus NX stands out from the crowd. Sharp and aggressive lines characterize Lexus' own design language. The interior stands out and looks more like a spaceship than a car. Everything is very easy to see despite the number of buttons and controls. Just diagonally to the left behind the gear lever is a pressure-sensitive plate with which you control the infotainment system. As engine options, we find the Lexus hybrid line, which in the NX consists of a four-cylinder petrol engine and one or two electric motors, depending on whether you choose front or four-wheel drive. The total engine power will be 197 horsepower. As a gearbox, there is a so-called CVT gearbox, a stepless gearbox which nowadays feels more natural than previous versions. In terms of equipment, you can get most things for the Lexus NX, including wireless charging of Android phones. Driving comfort is very good in the NX and the brand's sports car genes are clearly felt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hyundai Grand Santa Fe \u2013 A Korean land winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With more space both inside and out, the Grand Santa Fe is perfect for families who want to bring the most without being crowded. Actually, the Grand Santa Fe is very close to the big SUVs. It is actually so well proportioned that it is possible to get an extra row of chairs in at the back so that up to seven people can fit. Then, however, the space for packing will be minimal. The Koreans are not stingy when it comes to equipping their models and are now ahead of many of the European premium brands. Grand Santa Fe is no exception and everything from steering wheel heating, navigation, electric seats, parking assistant and more. However, a safety system with a so-called auto brake is missing. Driving comfort is very good in the Grand Santa Fe and the comfortable seats make the journey a joy. On the engine side, we find a 2.2-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel that can be had either with a manual or automatic transmission. The last is to endure for exceptional comfort. Maximum power is 197 horses with a consumption of 7.6 liters per mile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
